Description
Quickjob of knife. Work is mine. Work has been made in 3ds max + vray as rendering engine. Completed in Photoshop. Picture is bigger to see details.So what do you think. Do you like it or not? tnx for comments if any. bye.

this is a great design ..! i want at least four,,
now that being said,, throwing knives come in all forms,,, tip heavy, tail heavy, all one piece, multiple pieces ( have a 3 set that's 21 pieces...) it also depends on how you throw.. so if you want a adjustable weight,, the cut out in the handle is adjustable... ( just saying ,, sorry Peterku. it's your design.!)

and i dont look for hidden aspects ( your rifle , handgun ) i just try to cover what perspective " buyer " might ask I.E. : why rifle has two an pistol has one spark point...

Btw if you like doing Throwing Knife's ,watch the movie 'Prince of Persia (Sand of Time)'. There is warrior called Seso who is a Mbaka which is a fictional warrior tribe that specializes in throwing knifes. In the movie you can see that dude throw some really strange knifes.

Looks good, man. I'm not sure how it would hold up as a throwing knife, though. I would think that the balance point would be too high up on the blade. If you look at most throwing knives, they have a solid grip and the blade is half the length or a little bit less. Still, it looks awesome.

hi. I dont have experiences with throwing knifes. I just put mass into the front and back should be light weight I guess. didnt know that balane point shouldnt be in the front to much. On grip I did place for first finger in order to get good holding.

Okay. It is simple. The knife is going to spin at the center of its balance, so you want that to be the point where the blade begins. In effect, the blade and the grip should have equal mass. Also, most people throw by holding the weapon on the broad side, rather than the narrow.
Still looks cool, though.
