So it's a good start to study his methods. I used to frequently visit that site, and even got inspired by his works and painted similar ones. But not anymore. I'm painting by myself now.
Conceptart.org is also a great place for this style.[link]
As for advices...I recommend drawing/painting real life studies. From anatomy to gestures, to whole environments and vehicles. Practicing them daily sure helps a lot.
And don't worry about your english, I can understand it just fine, so it's cool

Well, I guess now I have to practice and practice and hope that someday I will be able to digitally paint as good as you guys ;D !!!
