Ahh, her tail spikes are actually bigger then that and the feathers on her tail are actually a fin. Also the wing pattern has it purple, light purple then dark purple. The tips of her ears are that dark purple as well such as in

This is extremely disappointing since I got a ref sheet I can't exactly use. I wish you had told me from the start that you wouldn't be able to do the floppy ears instead of accepting the commission and then telling me after the fact
Is there any chance for a partial refund? Can't use a ref sheet that doesn't have my character's actual design on itΒ

I said upfront that she would need floppy ears, you agreed and I paid you. Now you're saying you can't do it, you also advertise a front and back view on your commissions but one did one side for mine
All i'm asking is 30 points back for the 60 point commission. I'm sorry, but I can't use this and it's both frustrating and disappointing I can't use it
