Poor little emoticon is getting harassed by other emoticonsThis could be usefull when you are being flamed or when a horny other deviant jumps on top of you.

Do not throw the term harassment around like it is nothing, harassment is a very serious issue. Harassment isn't having an argument or several arguments with one or more users.
Harassment is when the trolling and spamming go too far. It is when
several accounts are created to mock and spam a user, and the user's personal information is spread around like a virus. The harasser [before, a troll] contacts the user [now, victim] constantly, despite the victim's attempts at blocking and ignoring the harasser, and the tactics change from "inflammatory, extraneous, off-topic" to downright hateful and full of spite [ie, the occasional "you're fat" transforms into "You're a useless fat ass who deserves to die a horrible death and I hope your mother..." and thus follow a line of insults, these messages are posted over and over again, everywhere the victim goes, this can include their online accounts, their e-mail, and even their real life mail and phone number].

that is so true. the term harassment isn't something like a little argument between people. like jewel said, harassment is essentially bullying, online or offline. its not trolling or flaming or even spamming. it is repetitive bullying. so like jewel said, don't throw the term harassment around like that like it's nothing
