I love the feeling I get from looking at this. I simply love the warmth of the orange and the cool of the gray and black.

Cette photo est simplement magique!
C'est irrΓ©el et en mΓͺme temps on dirais qu'on y est : je peu sentir les chauds rayons du soleil dans mon dos et je peux entendre le crΓ©puscule bruisser autour de moi.
Bravo!

Beautiful atmosphere you have captured here
Showing the owl at night in the natural light gives this photo a great feeling of mystery which suits this photo very good
Very well done!

This is stunning. The colours and the darkness are absolutely fantastic and the bird looks very elusive. Thanks so much.

Magnificent !
I really love this picture - the colors and the composition makes this a perfect eye-catcher for me
The quality of the out-of-focus elements also adds quite a dramatic impact.
Of course it would have been nice to see the whole bird, but sometimes I find "cropped" animals like this a little more interesting. 10/10

Woowww, thank you so much !!!
I didn't have any choice for the framing because I was using a 500mm and it wasn't possible to go further, but I agree with you that it is not too disturbing. The lens helped me a lot to have this out-of-focus quality
Have a good night

Thank you
I was lucky this bird was exactly in front of a gap where sun was entering in the darkness of the wood.

Wow! What lovely colors! And it's indeed very peaceful to fall asleep or wake up when the birds sing. Though I never heard an owl! They don't appear in my hometown.

Thank you so much ! I am glad you liked this picture.
Don't worry, I slept there because they were too far from my city. And it was a great idea.
The long-eared owl don't usually live near cities, but you could have the luck to ear the Tawny-owl. There are few couples in the center of Paris.

Interesting. To be honest, I've never seen an owl in the Netherlands in the wild. I'm sure they are there, but they're pretty rare.

Don't worry, I am sure you will see some one day. They are not as rare as we could imagine, they live just when we are sleeping.
