Phantom has gone full native. Infiltrating Team Rocket and securing a transport he can hopefully move his captives without further interference...Ever a gentleman tho, he is sensitive to his charges needs. So bathroom breaks are a must. He's also secured a lunch able and a bite size snickers for everyone.
Still not sure what his end game is though...
