But, hey, just because I don't drink doesn't mean I can't enjoy seeing a happy pretty smiling blond girl carrying at least one mug of what I hope is root beer.
Anyway, her name is Cecilia, and she works at the tavern, and she's one of the more popular waitresses, for obvious reasons

Admittedly that would be in the top 5. But they say what happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas for a reason. That Star Trek / Deep Space 9 bar they used to have and the mermaid bar tenders at that one pool party are also right up there.
