Description
I've been creating character sheets for the new characters in Day Two to help me to get appearances, expressions, and personalities right. Eventually, I'll go back and create character sheets for Chloe and Zia and Sophia and Amy and a few others, but here, we're starting with Lynne, whom I revealed on Patreon three months ago. (And there's already another new character, Priscilla , available to Fans on Patreon right now!)
Lynne, as you may recall from comic #7 , is Chloe's younger sister. She'll be a major "guest" character in Chapter 4, "My Lunch with Lynne." That's scheduled probably for some time next year, but here, at least, is her character sheet, which shows her character design, some bio, and some things she likes and dislikes.

Poor Lynne. She can't do several of her favorite/liked things anymore. T_T And I bet she has to deal with crowds and makeup a lot with her job.

Is it the about the transformation matter in the sisters' world? Given that Chloe was transformed into a centaur whereas her younger sister got a fish tail. It would be awkward if Chloe had enough strength to carry her. It would make sense if the mermaid to be carried by her humanoid childhood friend or boyfriend.

Chubby nerdy girl (peeking around alleyway corner): Psst! Come here! I can help you!
Chubby nerdy girl (turning out to be the sports car centaur, retracting her convertible roof): Get in! Call me Roadster!
Chloe (clambering in): You gave yourself... a SUPERHERO name?
Roadster: Mutant name. A lot of us do it. It's empowering.
Zia (practically pouring herself in): Ooh! Can I be Emeraldback?
Chloe: That's not a thing!
Zia: EVERYTHING'S A THING NOW! PRAISE KHAZOVIA!
Chloe: DO YOU *WANT* TO GET US LYNCHED?

I remember her being mentioned in passing, but I do not remember her being named.
It seems to me she's her sister's polar opposite: She doesn't like what she's been turned into, but she doesn't have a seething hatred for the entire event and wish for all evidence of it to be erased physically and from the minds of all like no part of it ever happened. In fact, she seems to be more of a realist and pragmatist than both of our MCs.
Either she doesn't care much for anything, or she's a stoic person who doesn't ham things up like most normal people tend to do and keeps her expressions subtle or nonexistent. I should know about people like this, as I am an Aspie.
Chloe explicitly states repeatedly there's no good to any of this, as being human is essential on principle. Even if she were something not much different than human, she'd still take extreme issue with it, like cherub or satyr or an elf. They are effectively human, and her life wouldn't otherwise be that badly altered, and she'd hospitalize herself from chopping her own wings off if she grew them.
Lynne here is less immature and unreasonable than that, and seemingly looks for the benefits a mermaid form provides, and would allow herself to be ridden as a centaur and so on. Possibly she would accept a chance to be normal again, but she won't torture herself pointlessly. The things she dislikes have practical reasons rather than intrinsic unconditional detest. Enjoying things that require legs that she cannot do anymore period or without difficulty are where her hardships lie as opposed to identity issues like what her sister's got. She takes full advantage of the mermaid look and does everything she can to own it, make it hers, even profit off of it. As I said before when the others were introduced, there's worse things to become, and these three lucked out, even if Chloe would die before admitting it. If she could choose it temporarily or otherwise, I think this or centaur would be her choice.
I can easily guess which one has more to teach the other.

Interesting way for a mermaid to get around on land.

Having to constantly stay "in character" as a Disney cast member, as well as being an idol for thousands of little girls at the park likely gets old quickly. Still she does get to be one of the star princess in their pantheon. And I would suspect Disney would be more than willing to make specials featuring her too. Although one does wonder how many other mermaids (Ariels) they employ after the change. Being one of dozens could contribute to her reserved expression.
With onward coming out next year, I wouldn't be surprised if she's encouraged to recruit her sister for a temporary role in the parades or to promote the film at the part. While temporary, could bring in some extra cash for rent or pay better than her current job. What does Chloe do anyway?

Then I realized that the movie takes place in a modern fantasy setting that's almost completely lost its bygone sense of wonder. Chloe's likely 'why the hell am I doing this' expression as she wears a business suit during the parade would probably be extremely in character.

Not as much as she wants to: Her job's boring cubicle work, but it pays the rent. Pretty sure, though, that the full answer to that question will be part of a future storyline, so I won't say much more
