Happy coincidence when I was writing the scripts a year ago:ย The portal was always located in a closet.ย (Originally it was planned to be the spare storage closet, but it worked out far better in a small apartment to be the linen closet.)ย And then when I got to writing this part of the script, this scene was just too perfect to resist.ย It's deliciously multi-layered, and a near-perfect setup to get there.
