Yay! More lightweight spears! (glad I could help with that)
Some more differences could be rapiers for the hindfolk while the centaurs could wield cutlasses (as shown), or maybe a claymore.
As a contrast to bows, maybe crossbows for centaurs and atlatls for the hind? I see some poses that are set up for the hind that would work with an atlatl.
I hope that you don't see this as an intention to turn 'Clash' into a smorgasbord of weaponry, just of differing mindsets/fighting styles between two otherwise very physically similar races.
