Description
This is Hypallia. I don't know her story, but she's a drider, and she'd like you to know that she's not scary and not a monster: She's just a perfectly ordinary girl, who lives in a web-covered palace, and has elf ears and a giant spider for legs.I was sick this weekend, so I drew a lot to pass the time, and this is the only thing worth sharing on deviantART from all of it. It's not great, and I totally reused hands I drew ages ago and I stole her hairstyle from another picture on deviantART and I don't know what's up with her backstory, but I've drawn worse, so I'm posting her. If I ever got around to coloring her, she'd be blond, with a tan/beige-colored spider half, and her clothes would be light-blue and gold, and the palace floor has black-and-white tiles, I think.

Oof her design looks good as inspiration. I had a fanmade idea of (Dark Souls') Quelaag's sister being revived. Her body type is part of that idea.

I can see her story already - she's been living there, forgotten and isolated, but not to the point where she's turned resentful or evil - yet.
Her hands are good, and the talons are well positioned - I could see her personality being a little timid - "Ooh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to step on you" - but she could be a fun character to write.

She does look interesting. In a way like Else from frozen. she knows she's different and has accepted that, but now needs others to accept the inner her. You do a wonderful job of smoothly merging to different forms so no problem with you borrowing for other art.

Oh sure, she says she's "not that scary", but forget to water her plants for her when she's on vacation just three times, and she goes into a rage like you've never seen.
