[Phantom]Soooo, I recently acquired the broadway soundtrack for Little Mermaid and I ADORE the chick they have playing Ursula. Hence, I had to draw here, and this is the result. I enjoyed the perspective here and the mist coming from the shell ain't too shabby either.
