Oh Charmies, I love how playful you are!(She was pretty dang close to me, about 5-10 ft I think)

i love the thrill of being close to a dangerous act that a horse is doing
but i would recommend trying some zooming in instead of getting yourself dangerously close

Thanks! I do try to stay out of the way, but it just happened this way. I expected her to fly past me like she had been doing, but instead she stopped, turned, and reared. I do use my camera's zoom all the time, it doesn't help that this paddock that she's temporarily in is only about a half acre.
She is such a sweetheart though, right after she reared, she just walked calmly toward me and tried to see if there was any food in my camera case.
