Description
Edit 7-4-11 Added information on colors and markings. Also added information about babies and eyes, along with those two small paragraphs at the bottom.

Okay, been at this for a good 10 hours. xD
I went ahead and completely redid EVERYTHING. Lots of work, but it was worth it. :3
I added some stuff, took some stuff out, and even gave my mom a cameo. 8D
She's the grey notacloo with the really long ears.
But yeah! Updated!
The old one is still in the back of my gallery, if anyone decides they like that one better, but I'm moving it to scraps in a minute. Enjoy or not.
Also, I know I made some typos, but I'm not going to fix them. |D
And you still can't have one.

Oh my god. This is one of the coolest species i've ever seen.
I love the fact that those collars and bells are a basic part of them...Now thats cool.
Over all they're just a really cool made species. Its better to keep them for your self than have people create one.
Now...A quick question that i hope is not dumb...
Why do they have stars on there head? Is it just native to where they live..Or..? I've always been confused on that...I hope this isn't a really oblivious question and its just for there species design. X.X

But I really do love the whole concept of them having 6 ears and how you positioned them. I actually thought they only had four, only because I mistook the lower floppy ear for fur, pfff. xD; Oh and their bell nose, that was too clever. 8D

I have two questions of curiosity. Do Notacloo live as long as humans? How do the jiggly bone-balls in their noses not damage the scent receptacles?

The inside of the nasal cavity has little wells that house the scent receptacles. It kind of looks like a kitchen sponge, except it's hardened. So they are below where the ball is able to touch

I really like the whole play on words that comes from the names, like how "notacloo" is "not a clue," and "Idano" is like "I dunno" or "I don't know." I thought they were really cute and a really interesting original species. And I wanted to make one of my own.
But then I found out.

As a side note, I just found you through SplashKittyArtist, so you can't blame me for not knowing I couldn't have one for myself.

I can understand that. But I would feel quite honored if people were to make their own characters based off of my species (you know, assuming I ever make one). But that's just me. I suppose like, if I were to create a species but only have one or two characters of my own of that species, then I would probably let people create their own if they wanted. But if it's something like these, where you already have like, loads of characters of the species and they have very strict rules, then it's a little more understandable.
I'm mostly paranoid about people stealing my art, more than stealing the concept of my species. I mean, yeah, I wouldn't want anyone stealing anything I put a large amount of effort into creating. Of course, I'm no where near popular enough for anyone to want to steal anything of mine, but eh. I digress.
