A random project from English... What we had to do was translate Juliet's speech before she takes her sleeping potion and then draw what she said and then discuss if it's a soliloquy or a monologue in act 4.

I can't think of any way to make her speech sound serious... especically when she remembers that if she played around with the skeletons of her ancestors, Tybalt might come and hit her brain out. Just couldn't take that seriously... I was planning on making her mess up the bones and create a dinosaur out of it, but then I'm lazy and had little space to even draw a dino, so to specify the poor stereotype that juliet goes through as a girl, she gets to play dress up...

the concepts of the characters here are sorta based on the romeo x juliet anime (romeo has blue hair, and juliet is red... sorta). By appearance only... Sadly, Friar Laurence and Tybalt are not based on their anime counterparts (btw, the anime made Tybalt look really hot and not as short tempered)

... so I made this... Tybalt was a complete spur of the moment. I scanned this before I made minor changes, but Tybalt's last appearance had him go "~meoooowww..."

I apologize for the difficulty in following this... I numbered the order in which you read, but I don't think that helps...

used pencil, then outlined with ball point black pen, and colored w/ color pencils. ^^
