Thank you! The border and covers were done with acrylic paint on canvas. I layered the acrylic paint, first, and then added designs based on what I envisioned in my head. The border and covers look complicated, but it was actually the easiest and most straightforward part of the picture! Thank for asking!

In this painting, due to the disjointed way you drew Lily wrt the rest of the pic, I can't decide if she is indeed there or only Severus' wishful thinking, which is kind of fitting and a good commentary on the guy's whole life.Β
