This is another entry for the KonoSakaiNo-Costumes Fursuit Design contest .
I really hope I win, because there are some pretty wicked prizes!!!

FURSUIT DETAILS ~

Blizzard can be male or female, I just think he looks male in this picture.
OPTIONAL: Moving jaw, follow-me L.E.D eyes, glow-in-the-dark claws.
If you decide to make a moving jaw, Blizzard's tongue is blue, the inside of his mouth is a deep maroon/red, and his teeth can glow-in-the-dark. (optional)
If you look closely at his nose and hand paws you'll see that they are blue. This is the same for his feet/paw pads.
There's a green feather to wear behind his ear (this is optional)
Also! Markings most definately do not have to be exact (there are so many spots!)
