you mean port it to windows 7,you need some program like restorator,but its hard work,about full glass its working without any special configuration of w7 just click on it and it should work fine

for making skin you need a program called "restorator"
and there is a full instruction on DA how to make own skin try look for it,
about icons im using Vistavisualmaster but there is a many other programs like that,look in google.
