Description
I tried to animate it so that it would draw attention, but not be super obnoxious. I hope it looks okay.
I tried fixing the white on the bottom of the stamp, but I'm not quite sure how to do it. What I thought would work, didn't. Sorry about that. Note To Self: Avoid making animated stamps. D:
