This lovely lady is Jamila, the daughter of Mkali and Cas.

I adopted her from the cub picture is the original design so you can see how I tweaked her. Also I already forget who I got the base from so... if anyone knows please let me know so I can credit them. I forgot to favorite it. My bad.
