Well, I finally pulled myself together long enough to put this out. This was a fan character I made for the game Epic Mickey, a few years back, and I haven’t drawn him in a long time, so I thought, what the heck, why not try to draw a concept I had a few years back, but wasn’t able to carry out. I sort of feel this guys pain

Until he finally snaps
When I was little I used to Go to daycare and to learn our letters they put on a video called the letter factory and they sing the same songs over and over We did this every single freaking day until one day I finally snapped I got off my seat I open the DVD player and then I and then I destroyed the disc so I wouldn’t have to listen to it anymore

Ah, the good old clock tower, honestly he was one of the best ideas epic Mickey had that did the whole Fnaf thing before it was even close to existing. A machine tortured and maddened by having to listen to the same song for years upon years~. Only shame about it, is the fact that the boss was very easy, especially if you use thinner.

I really like the colors- how the bg goes from a yellow green to blue=- first thing I thought when i saw the p[iece was wow- color! the yellows look nice and bright!
There is a nice oddness about the piece- the doll face and an arm sticking out- reminds me of alice in wonderland/ an abstract feel.
One thing that pops out are his hands- moreso the one holding the arm rest- they dont seem to fit with the guy- they dont look fully fleshed out. Hands are so hard I feel. But I noticed them as I was looking over the piece.
Everything else is handled fine- love how bold the color is in areas and the shading is handled very well. Love the guys expression and his bushy eyebrows. Also like how not everything is outlines in black.

Yes, I completely agree! The hands were the most difficult part, mainly the foreshortening of the one on the armrest. It's something I should take more care of in the future. I'm still playing around with doing more dynamic pieces in which they're not always straight on. I'm excited to tackle it though.
