Haven't seen the moving watch style of hypnosis in ages. Thanks to a joke amongst my friends, we dubbed ROB's final smash in Brawl 'Hypno-Beam' - I wonder if that's useful?

Well, the attack's actual name is 'Diffusion Beam', and it's a spiral of lasers emerging from ROB's eyes. The spiral pattern looks like a hypnotic swirl if he looks at the screen.

I think I'd better clarify. ROB, the Robotic Operating Buddy, appears as a playable character in the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Diffusion Beam, aka Hypno Beam as my friends' in-joke, is his strongest attack, which he can use when he collects the Smash Ball item.
The spiral of laser energy may not actually have hypnotic properties, but it's more useful as an attack. However, the in-game picture I've taken of ROB staring at the screen, laser spirals swirling, does resemble some sort of hypnotic force, so maybe in fanfics it could be useful.

Man, Hypnosis is one hell of an awesome drug. now i feel like an idiot cuz i gave up on hypnosis classes when i was 5 saying it will never pay off but seeing this makes me wanna go back to them classes
