Alrighty. The color range you covered makes this piece very bright and it pops. You got the character color palettes correct as well, which is admirable. The composition, however, looks a great deal like your last one with Tsubaki and those other two girls.
I love that you really went into the details of Haineko's clothes, and the highlight you gave her hair sheen is very bold. And I love how you fit Suzumebachi in there too.
That said, her hands look gigantic compared to the radius of her wrists. Soi Fon's hands look very small in contrast. And Matsumoto's arms look stick thin. Perhaps that's just me projecting my style, which is unfair and I apologize.
Your shading is well done, and the highlights are all well placed. But the one thing that stands out for me the most is that everyone but Haineko has their faces drawn in your style. Haineko looks almost...traced in there.

Now, in this draw i work three days, so is a lot diference than "Tsubaki and those other two girls", indeed. I like you notice it.
Now, "Haineko looks almost...traced in there", in fact i been watching bleach since TV show beginning (2004), i always like Tite Kubo "eyes style", so since 2004 i try to draw him style of eyes, and yes i can draw almost exactly that "eyes style" when is middle closed, open and to much closed i failed. :3

I guess I was judging by the other eyes I've seen in a majority of your work. You did a fantastic job in copying the style!
Sorry for saying it looked traced. It just looked far too close to the actual style that I just assumed.
And by the way, all my friends all have worse English than you, and it's their first language. No worries! ^-^

I do over and over again this draw, but i choise make in this way, "little bit of orginal, little bit close to the real style".
