It took about thirty hours, but it's finally finished! Huzzah! Obviously, I'm a sucker for detail, and it's really slowing me down. This is the sort of thing that can be achieved by someone with minimal artistic flare, but who is incredibly anal retentive and has gratuitous amounts of spare time. I think it's high time I learned how to speed paint. Despite all this, I'm happy with the end result, so I can finally get back to my uni work!Related content

Just a funny comment! If you abstract a little, the person standing with the books will look exactly like a "thumbs up" fist!
To add to the fantasy, it would be even better if the dogs were wolves!

Wow that's amazingly gorgeous! I really like that raven or crow for some reason o.o and I love the warmness at the bottom and almost that wishful fantasy aura to the top of the library. I bet that's where all the fantasy books are located ;D lol I love it!

Wow. Amazing. I saw it and it actually put a smile on my face. Such lovely colours and lighting! And attention to detail! The hours of work payed off! really something spectacular! I wish a place liek that truely did exist! It's the sort of place I could live in.
