Description
this a panel from a very short story that i wrote very quickly, about a girl, a boy and his cat. the boy falls for the girl, who is deaf, and he immediately attempts to learn sign language so that he can tell her how he feels. the entire time, however, the girl is able to communicate with his cat through telepathy. from there, things get funny and cute and sappy as hell, as he is not too good at signing and the cat has to make up for it by translating his broken phrases telepathically. maybe i'll post the full story soon...maybe...Related content

Do you intend putting up a picture where we can see her hearing aids? It's good!

I'm not sure if she actually uses aids, her character is based on a girl I met in Grand Rapids, MI, and she had lost her hearing when she was just a little girl. the doctors figured that what little ability to hear that she had left would only be damaged by aids, so the girl in the story might not have them. in any case, her hat covers her ears because it's cooooooold in this story!
