Finally had time to draw a little bit this morning, I was originally only going to do a small sketch of my new Budgie, Ryan before I got on with commission buuutt he's so pretty and I got carried away with colouring^^'His belly markings looks like a blue sky with a couple of clouds, and just aarrrg so purdy~
He's only about 8-10 months I believe, but so far he's not bitten or even nipped at us once, and he even sat on my finger to eat some millet for a couple of minuets! Imaproudbudgiemum
I'll get back to commissions soon I promise-

These guys are really called Budgies which is short for Budgerigar. The ones we are going to talk about in this journal are the American Budgies and English Budgies. These birds are really popular with most people. When people say "I had a bird when I was little" most of them had this bird.
