Just something I decided to draw since the number of page views went past 2000...Princess Daisy is just trying out the M240 machine gun and at some point the barrel melts...
I used the 'blend' brushes to smear the orange and yellow to make the melted barrel look better...

It's reasons like this, Daisy being able to work an M240 that Bowser don't want nothing to do with her. 
The only thing I could suggest for Miss Machine Gun Daisy here, would be to try an M60-E4 [link] . . . It might have not gone thru 2k bullets, but at least it didn't even glow red after 800. *amused by what one can find on youtube, and girly head tilt*

In one of my comics, Daisy launched what she thought was a firecracker, but it turned out to be a Javelin anti-tank missile... Bowser in one of the alternate outcomes was planning to kidnap Peach, but was on the receiving end of the Javelin that Daisy fired...

If Princess Daisy would get the semi-auto only version of the M-240B offered by Ohio Ordnance Works, she wouldn't have this problem. The retail price is $13,000 but shes a princess, she could afford it!

Since a full auto M240B is next to impossible for civilians to obtain legally, Ohio ordnance came out with one intended for the high end collector market.

the M240 isn't the only thing I have in my drawings... I have drawn other weapons like the Barrett M82/M107 and the FGM-148 Javelin (though not completely because I drew only the warhead and computer lock-on system)...
