Description
Based on a request forHis request is having Rosalina, Pauline, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash in referee outfits blowing whistles. Fluttershy has a pink whistle, Rainbow Dash and Rosalina have yellow whistles, and Pauline and Rarity have purple whistles. Rosalina has the dreaded red card for soccer and Pauline has the yellow flag for American Football. The other thing he asked was for them to have puffy cheeks. I was only able to apply that to Rarity and Rainbow Dash though because Rosalina and Pauline would look way weird with puffy cheeks... also I can't quite picture Fluttershy blowing the whistle that hard (she hardly puts any effort most of the time)

Actually, Fluttershy DID have puffy cheeks at one point. Remember in Trade Ya when she blew the bear whistle? She blew it really hard and she had puffy cheeks then too.

I originally had the idea for Nintendo Referee Corps. It included Rosalina, Pauline, a Pianta, a Lakitu, etc.

What about Krystal (from Starfox), Samus, and Malon/Cremia (from Zelda)?

Nah, I would prefer using characters from the Mario series.

Well it's Nintendo Referee Corps, I thought it would make sense to use characters from multiple popular Nintendo series, but from the looks of it, you don't draw many Zelda pictures, and I haven't seen any Starfox or Metroid art in your gallery either.
For Mario characters lets see... Rosalina and Pauline are a must, perhaps the Lakitu could be Lakilulu (Lakilester's girlfriend from the first Paper Mario), how about Kylie Koopa the reporter, and a female Yoshi.
While I like the idea of a Pianta, I think a Noki would make a more suitable male ref, as would a Toad. (Maybe Toadette?)
Speaking of Toadette, I liked how you portrayed her as a little kid in the comic where Daisy drops the F bomb, when she's probably a lot older considering she flirts with Mario in TTYD, Toad's been around since the beginning, etc.
Other possible Mario refs include Vivian, Goombella, Koopie Koo (Koops girlfriend from TTYD), a Star Spirit (maybe Misstar or Mamar), Flurrie, and for laughs, you could have Shadow Peach aka: The Shdow Queen as a ref. The loser gets their soul sucked out.
Just some ideas if you're interested.
