Description Another DnD oc of mine, though this time a character I play in a game rather then an NPC.

His name is Jannquinard (or simply Jonny) and he's a half dragonborn bard who is multi-classed into warlock by making a pact with a dryad he is trying to help

sorry for the late reply! Had to replace my keyboard lol, and aaahhhh!! It, actually means a lot you'd like to know more about my OC ;w;

Jonny is the kind of person that 100% gives off the vibes that he will cheat and swindle you based off first glance, but is a loyal and dear friend once you get to know him. He used to be a swindler for a sleezy carnival, ignoring his actual fortune telling skills to tell people faux good tidings to get more money, but changed for the better when her was given Adina, the dryad he is trying to help, in the form of a necklace, being told he was meant for a greater purpose and to do good.

So now he is trying to be and do good, trying to help people and be brave rather then run away from his problems as he tends to do. He's very charming and a friendly tease, he very much enjoys getting people flustered because he likes their reactions.

for a bard, he doesn't sing really, but he plays the violin and the concertina, and rather then through song gives people inspiration through tarot cards.

I always love hearing about others D&D characters. He sounds so cool.

Got any stories form the campaign about him? Like a scene that you can't forget that happened because or to him?

gosh there's quite a few....

One I can think of, mostly cause I'm surprised it even worked, is him managing to hold person someone in a real tight situation. We were trying to take something hidden in an old run down church we werent supposed to and the noble of the town found out. We didnt trust the guy to begin with, so he came after us when he found out with guards. From a previous town and thing that happened, we have a hand held mirror that traps people.

In a panic Jonny cast hold person on the noble guy and he failed. The THREE turns it took to get the mirror across to someone by Jonny who knew the words to use it, the DM somehow kept getting shitty rolls and failing the DC for hold person, so Jonny managed to hold him in place to be captured which SHOCKED me lol

He's still trapped into the mirror to this day and we've yet to talk to him WHOOPS he's pretty insane to begin with to tbh I'm scared of talking to him, cries lol

That sounds like it was a lot of fun, even if a bit scary for a while. Thanks for sharing this with me, I always love hearing about the characters and stories from the games. It's so fun seeing what others create and go through in their campaigns.

Same. Our current DM is doing some family stuff, so he can't lead any games, which SUCKS. I just wanna play a bit more...
