Think it would have been better if you left the other magazine on the MP5 out, since on closer scrutiny, it becomes obvious it's a bb gun 
Although I'm pretty sure there are dual BB gun magazines like that, only the second magazine has a fake bullet for aesthetics.

sure, you`re right. but it`s just a Stock Photo... so if the editor wants to, he can change that with just 4-8 clicks in Photoshop. this might need about 10 seconds and you see a real bullet on top.
More easy: just paint it black, so the mag looks still empty.
I could have done it before upload... but I think Stock Photos must be original.
