This was originally going to be a pleasant pretty girl in the rain sort of painting with colourful umbrellas and all.. I'm not sure how I ended up with a grim and bleak trudge through a grimy urban scene in pouring rain! Though it looks like a cat is nice and cosy! Funnily enough its absolutely tipping down as I post this..

Yes, humans have to go outside, even when it pours down real hard. While the cats can just stay home. You're lucky not to live in the fenlands.
