I don't know much about vector art, so I can really concrit. it. However, the child-like cartoon effect you get from this piece really conveys the fact that he is completely confuzzled about something.

WTF?!?!? A 3 year old could projectile vomit better images than this! Do you have problems drawing arms, or are you just an anti-arm Nazi? It looks like you drew a squigly line for the nose, and then just scribled in the rest. And his ears, or should i say EAR (What, is he Van Gogh or something?) Is pointier than Legolas's. HOW DID YOU SURVIVE THE AMOUNT OF HEROIN IT TOOK TO DRAW THIS?!?!?!! Damn, I need some coffee.....
(PS:Good job, I have no artistic talent whatsoever, so I rag on other peoples)

Neat, needs practice though, you can see the uneven lines and such. Keep working at it, you'll get better.

You do vectors in photoshop ? Well, strange but, but that look great anyway. Try illustrator or freehand, you'll have much more control on the curves.
