Wonderful illustration with lots of cool gritty textures ! While obviously a small space for someone with limited income, it looks strangely comfortable in it's own way. It's got all the necessities: stove, sink, fridge, toilet, even an air conditioner. The tea kettle, toaster, and microwave add to the feel of an actual place someone lives, as does the notes pinned to the fridge, used mug and plates, stack of newspapers, and the rumpled unmade bed. Great illo.

It always bugs me how fictional places like this look bad only because their locators apparently forgot how to clean the floor and organize things.
But then again, I recall how my student days went and in what pigsties certain people lived as if nothing happend.
