I never played doom 3 so i really don't know.... either way he can beat the shit out of all them if he runs outta gas i mean the guy killed a cyberdemon with his own hands!

I based the whole composition off of a comic panel for one thing, and the character he takes the place of was looking back.
But I also see it as him looking back because there are demons behind him pushing and shoving to get at the doomguy.

The baron looking at you or "directly at the lens of the camera" is most likely a way to make the viewer feel more immersed into the picture.

Loved the chainsaw in Doom 3. I alos liked the explantion as to why there were chainsaws on the ship. One PDA said something like "we accidentally got shipped an order of chainsaws, we have to send them back asap".

exactly! think it says also "why we need chainsaw on Mars they serve no purpose" but noo turns out they make a good weapon there later on. PDA were very fun to read and helpful for sure. Have couple of art work for Doom 3 but haven't finished them yet >-< drawn the Hell knight and Imp fighting
