All of the flood forms in the Halo series. Mind you, there are a couple of forms I haven't inluded here. They are The Halo 3 human and covenant combat forms in Halo 3(I didn't include them because thay pretty much the same from Halo 2, which are pictured).

Pure Form Ranged -- Halo 3
Brain Form -- Halo 1
Gravemind Halo 1,2, and 3

2nd row(from top, L to R):
Covenant combat form -- Halo 1
Brute combat form -- Halo 3

2nd Row( from bottom, L to R)
Infection Form (Flying in mid-air) -- Halo 1, 2, and 3
Covenant combat form -- Halo 2 and 3
Human combat form -- Halo 1, 2, and 3
Flood Juggernaut( cut from Halo 2) -- Halo 2
