Not bad, the woman is drawn well and so is the movement of the hand & wine. I feel as though possibly the water should have been animated only by a small bit. Not in big amounts just tiny bits, some ripples if that makes any sense. Apart from that good work mate.

Yeah, this was more an experiment than anything, I realize there's so much more I could've done with this. I'm just happy with how the wineglass came out, haha.
BUt yeah, if I ever revisit this, I'll add in all these suggestions.

In addition to the above, the rest of the picture looks too static - perhaps if you had the bath water moving around a bit it would look better.

Nice idea. I think the animation is still too jerky. Looks like more smoothing is needed. The wine splashing looks like a tidal wave. Personally I feel a more gentle, subtle , sexy-come-hither feel is needed.
Right now it feels angry.

Yeah, I definitely see all that. Part of it is just getting the size to constrain to deviantART's and tumblr's size limits, which can be tricky, but the fluidity suffers.
