*This actually has next to nothing to do with Lilliput, though it is G/t.Rules:
Write something worth reading! This is a biggie. I simply will not respond to horrible starting posts. Bad comments later on will receive a warning. (Likely after I ignore it for a few days)
Paragraph form, not script form.
No having an overpowered character!
Nothing fatal.
No swearing. (you can say that they swore, or use something like 'Dang frizzle frazzle phooey to the nth degree,' but don't actually swear. (Also, interwebz cookie to the first person to name where I got that from.))
No fetish related stuff.
No sex. None. I won't RP that.
If you switch, I still want a good starting comment. I will ignore any that just say 'switch'

She gave a slight shiver, although she wished she were better at hiding her fear. She hesitated briefly as she thought over what was said, and was immediately glad she was paying attention. Normally she probably would have nodded very quickly from urgently wanting to get past any risk of injury. But she managed to keep her reaction under control, again making her movements as slow as she possibly could, nodding to indicate she meant no trouble... she didn't ever know what was going on! Was it one person or many? Would she be able to find a way to indicate what questions she had?
Aside from her safety, she had one other concern dominating her thoughts... Had the others reached safety when they fled after the break out as well? Best she knew, most had gone different directions, with a few exceptions. But what if one had changed their mind and decided to try and catch up with her? Seemed unlikely... but if it did happen, there was no telling how that would go.

"Alright," the voice said, backing off a little. The blade was retracted, and soon so was the slight weight holding her down. "You may sit up. But behave yourself."
Once she did, she would see that they had good reason for being nervous of her actions. About a dozen men were standing around her with drawn swords, and two had longbows with arrows notched on them, but none of these men were over a foot high.

She touched her neck lightly as she sat up, then quickly pulled the scarf back in place. She hated the scar, and how people always seemed to stare. She sighed once it was in place again, then glanced around at those who had threatened her. Her mind raced to make sense of the unusual situation, but her first focus was on seeing if they understood any of the gestures for communication she had worked out with her fellow captives. She put her hands together in front of her, palm to palm, then bowed her head, leaning forward just slightly to hopefully better indicate the gesture. She was trying to say, 'Thank you' out off appreciation that they had been understanding of her inability to talk and for allowing her to sit up. Being able to move a bit was helpful with calming her near-panic.
Hopeful that at least some symbols were the same when it came to written language, she pointed to the relatively small question mark (although only a bit under half their height) she had drawn when she had first heard them sound so angry and speak of some sort of treaty. She wiped at her eyes, realizing she had some tears lingering from when she'd first woke and been so frightened. Hopefully once they'd established so a type of understanding she could try to find a way to more or less explain herself.

The young dark haired girl widened her green eyes and froze. "I won't move if you tell me who you are, what's going on, and what you want with me," she said, as she remembered why she was on the floor.

"That's a lot of demands for someone who's not in charge in the least," the voice growled, and the small blade pressed just a little further into her throat, though not enough to cut her yet. "Stay still, and you'll be permitted to live."

She huffed inaudibly. "Fine fine, whatever you say," she said, rolling her eyes.

"Good," the voice replied. "Now, what are you doing here?"

"Well, I was on my way to visit a friend. If that's at all possible. It got dark so I stayed here," she explained, sighing and staring at something.

"Ah. Did you know that you're breaking an important treaty by trespassing through here?"

"I didn't know okay? It go dark, I need somewhere to stay. I'm sorry it won't happen againif toilet me go..."

(I'm going to use Hanna Tyler. She's 15 years old and about 5'9. She has black hair that is normally down. Pale blue eyes and a scar on her lip. She is normally a good girl but knows when she needs to be strong. She wears a white tank top and ripped shorts, along with a knife in her pocket.)
Hanna went white as she felt the object touch her. She put her hands up and growled slightly looking up at the person. "What is it? I'm not doing anything wrong here." She slowly put her hands back down and she grabbed her knife waiting for something bad to happen.

((Alright. I'm going to actually use a caharacter I have no bio for yet XD His name is Troy, he has short, black hair, pale-ish skin, and lime green eyes.))
Everthing was such a blur......Troy hardly remembered even going to sleep the I day before....but since he was now starting to come to, he guessed he must have... He was thinking maybe he should get up soon, but those thoughts were quickly dashed when he felt the slightest prick on his chin....and then a voice came soon after. It sounde a little off....but at the moment it was convincing enough to aks hi stay still. "Alright, alright.....I'm not moving..." It seemed he just couldn't catch a break...

"Very good," the voice said. "Now... what are you doing here?"

"Erm....." He didn't really remember at the moment...all he remembers is arriving, and getting lost.....then needing sleep. "Well I arrived here.....and might have gotten a little lost.....then got too tired to move. That's it, I'm not really sure where I am......can I open my eyes? I don't like talking to just a voice....it just feels weird..." He was being honest, but he also wanted to see who this person he was talking to was.....and then maybe he could even possibly sit up....

"No!" the voice snapped. "We don't trust you enough for that yet."

Troy winced slightly when he heard the voice raise a little in volume, this person had to be pretty close.... He sighed in frustration, but pushed for a minute when the voice say 'we' were there more? He didn't hear anyone else..... "What are you so worried about me seeing who you are? You're the one with the weapon anyway.....and I'm weak, how could I even put up much of a fight? And why did you say 'we'?" He just wanted to get up, and see what was going on....something didn't feel right.

The voice sighed. "Fine, you can open your eyes. Try anything else, however, and you're dead, got it?" When Troy opened his eyes, he would see one of the men who had captured him aiming the arrow in his bow between Troy's eyes, though the string wasn't pulled back. There was something odd about this captor, however: He was only about a foot tall.

"Sure sure, I got it....." He agrees dismissively, not wasting much time in opening up his eyes. His eyes automatically focused on the sharp object aimed at his face, however they did travel to the captor, and he gave a look of slight puzzlement at the sight. Was he delirious? Or was his captor a little on the short side.....like really short. "Erm......." He mutters, blinking a few times. "I think I'm going insane....."

The archer, who was currently standing on Troy's chest, shifted his weight, uneasy under his staring, but kkept his bow still aimed right at him.
"Insane?" asked another of his captors, walking up next to Troy's head. He, too, was only about a foot tall. "And why would you say that?"

This was one of those times Troy wished he was just having some really weird and messed up dream.....but unfortunately, that didn't seem to be the case. He wanted so badly to just get up and ignore these little captors, but he wasn't in the mood to get an arrow shot in his face, so he kept still for now..... However his head did turn in the direction of the person who walked up to him. They were pretty bold for little people he had to give them that. "Because.....well....I mean you know, you're a little on the short side don't you think? That's not a normal thing for a person to see..... Plus, I'm being held captive by little people....wouldn't you think you were going insane too? " He replies, chuckling at how ridiculous the whole thing sounds.

(I'd like to try it switched as well, and since you said I didn't need to ask, I'm just gonna go ahead. ;D My character is named Sean, and he's got dark brown hair, a medium skin tone, and light blue eyes. He's about 17, and he's a prince.)
The young prince swallowed at the sight of a giant, staring at it with wide, shocked eyes. He'd just been hunting along the forests beside the palace when he found...this, and he had no idea what to do with it.
When it started to move, however, he let out a panicked gasp, clambering up and pressing his sword to its throat. At least this way he could hopefully defend himself, and he much preferred it to just being next to it while it was awake. Summoning up the will to speak, he said, "Don't move."

((Okay. My character is named Kendall, and he's fairly pale with blond hair and green eyes. He's about 16, and he's lived in a city most of his life.))
Kendall froze, frightened. "I... I won't..." he stammered, trying to see who his assailant was without moving. He had no luck, though he did feel a slight weight on his upper chest, which he took to be the hand of whoever was threatening him.

Sean's heart was pounding, the giant's words vibrating through him. He tried to keep his voice from wavering, asking in a cold tone, "Who are you? What do you want?"

"I'm Kendall..." Kendall replied softly, not daring to move hardly at all. "I just.. I just was trying to sleep... sorry if I was intruding..."

"And why were you sleeping here?" The young prince asked, wondering how his voice could sound so different from his actual feelings at the moment. He thought he was going to pass out. And the worry of the giant realizing that he wasn't even half his size repeated in his mind over and over...he wouldn't stand a chance.

"Because I'm lost and I didn't know where else to sleep," Kendall explained. "Um... w-where is here, please?"

"It's the kingdom of Creore!" Sean replied, surprised that there was someone who hadn't heard of it. "So...you're lost? How does someone like you get lost here?" He winced at his slip up. 'Someone like you'...as far as the giant knew, they were the same.

"Hey, no need to call names," Kendall said with a frown. "I just don't know where I am. I'm sorry... I've never even heard of Creore before... I must be more lost that I thought... Please, I've been wandering around without a clue of where I am for days now..."

Sean sighed, unsure. He couldn't do anything alone, not without putting himself at the mercy of this giant...but he couldn't just stay this way forever.
"Swear that you mean no harm. On your life." It wasn't much...but it was something.

Kendall started to lift his right hand, but stopped himself, figuring that his assailant wouldn't approve. So he did something he was pretty sure hadn't been done before: swore an oath while flat on his back, arms at his sides. "I swear on my life that I don't mean you or anyone else harm," Kendall said, still a bit nervous. "Can... can I get up now? Please?"

Sean watched him - or the underside of his jaw, at least - before climbing down from his perch and standing a few feet away from an enormous shoulder.
"Yes..." He replied hesitantly, and added, "But...slowly."

Kendall nodded, slowly sitting up. He rubbed his neck where the sword had touched it, feeling that he'd just barely survived a very close shave. Then he looked around for whoever it was he'd been talking to. Surprised not to see anyone, he started to stand. "Hello?"

Sean took a few steps back, his sword - which he had sheathed a few seconds ago - being half-drawn again. "S-Stop!" He shouted, his alarm growing at seeing such an enormous being lifting into the air like that.

Kendall, only halfway to his feet, froze again. Slowly, he sank back into a seated position. "Sorry..." he said, still looking around to see who was talking to him. However, he was looking several feet above the diminutive prince's head. "W-where are you?"

Sean shuddered, unsure if he even wanted Kendall to know where he was...but the idea of something that large moving around him, without even being aware of his presence...it was too dangerous.
"Look down." He called, feeling a little ridiculous...and more than a little scared. The young prince was quivering, hoping that the giant wouldn't notice.

More than a little confused, Kendall slowly lowered his gaze. It swept past the prince at first before returning to lock on him. A moment later, Kendall realized that his mouth was hanging open in shock, and he closed it, his teeth clicking together. "Y-you? But..."

Sean felt his blood run cold at such an enormous gaze being focused solely on him, but he did his best to steady his shaking legs and act with all the confidence he didn't have.
"Yes, me. I'm sure you were expecting someone your size, then?"

Kendall nodded slowly. "If not a bit bigger," he admitted. "It does explain why you made me swear that I didn't mean any harm, though..." With a little effort, he flicked his gaze away, focusing on a tree next to the prince instead so that he wouldn't make him so nervous. He could still see him quite well, however. "Um... hate to have to ask this, but... does this mean that I've been wandering around in a country of people your size for nearly a week? I can't imagine the terror I've caused..." he said with a frown, not wanting to imagine it, either.

Sean frowned, sighing, before asking, "Which direction did you come from? We're on the border, so you may have avoided our land altogether...but you may have walked right through it, too."

"Um... roughly... that way," Kendall said, pointing as best he could, though he wasn't entirely sure anymore. "I do know that I arrived by getting shipwrecked," he supplied, hoping that might help.

Sean nodded slowly. "Well...if you did come from there, that should have avoided most of the population. You might have run into some lone hunters on the way," Like me, he thought, "But other than that, I think you would have noticed." This was such an odd conversation he was having.

Kendall nodded slowly. "Good," he said, relieved. "So, um... is everyone around here... er... small?" he asked tentatively, gesturing with his hands the approximate height of the prince. "Or are there people my size too?"

Sean was a little disgruntled at being described as 'small'...he was actually considered pretty tall by people his size. I give a small sigh before answering, "I've never seen or heard of anyone your size in my entire life."

"Oh." Kendall sighed. Glancing over at the prince, he added, "Sorry. Didn't know how else to phrase that... Um... how tall are you, anyway, if you don't mind my asking? Relatively speaking."

"I'm 6'2"." Sean responded, and then after a moment of hesitation, asked, "And you?" It would be interesting to see how this giant measured out when as far as people Sean's size he was over a hundred feet tall, easily.

Kendall couldn't help it. Again, he was staring at the tiny person in front of him. Slowly, he shook his head. "B-but... that doesn't make sense... I don't understand..." He took a deep breath to calm himself down, closing his eyes and gathering himself. "Five foot nine and a half the last time I measured. Obviously far more now... fantastic," he said sarcastically. "I never even noticed the growth spurt. Well, at least it didn't hurt..."
