Meet Qoura! I've only drew one picture of her and that was in a drawing I did for a RP I'm doing with chill13 , Rebel-Rider Β AlexVanArsdale . She lives in old Vancoura which is now the capital of the Antonian and serves as a guardian to The Hall of Men. The Hall of Men holds an enormous amount of documents both historical and medical. Qoura is also is a teacher of selflessness and courage and trains children in her ways as a Knight of the Golden Sun. She strives to be humble and hates it when people heap praise on her, even if she deserves it!Related content

Thank you so much, it is much appreciated! Her people along with her Zebra fans love gold stained glass windows giving their halls a forever sunset/warm cozy vibe. It would be awesome to don such a huge cape, I think it could almost be used as a cloak depending on how she fastens it together. It would be awesome to get someone to make one LOL! It has a slight Prussian vibe with the blue and white stripes.

Thank you, it means a lot because I did struggle with it in this pic quite a bit. Lighting is what makes a picture pop depending on the mood.

Yep, and it's quite hard to figure out. I tend to not be very adventurous with lighting, which leads to less decent moods being shown.

Well, have you ever tried color keys? It's where you just color your scene about the size of a thumbnail, get the color pallet and lighting down and use it as reference? That's the number one thing that's helped me both with backgrounds and general lighting.

You should try it out. I like that method because your not drawing or coloring on the actually drawing, it's just a test to get the lighting and ect right.

She is part of the story, but she's a fragment of the past. Phox, the main character, will read about her some trying to figure out stuff about the Dark One. I know for a fact she Qoura will make a pretty big appearance in a prequel!

Thank you so much! I know right? Her armor even amazes me! I sat there and through together as sketch and ended up with that design. Yeah, I thought it would be pretty symbolic since the Sun is the symbol of Yennian.

He's the guy that's all white with the long fingers. It's his human form that just somehow came together like perfectly! He's kinda spooky, he's practically the 100% opposite of Yennian. Yennian is all gold, bright and colorful while Malderane is all black and crescent moons/skulls.
