How nice of me to make a tutorial for you. I think this is seriously, the first tutorial I ever made on DeviantART. Yeah, as you can tell, I'm terrible at explaining things.1. Pick a thing to make a base out of.
2. Start outlining, like how I did in the picture.
3. Save as 16 Colour Bitmap.
4. Erase all the other unwated stuff.
5. Colour in the blank spaces and things that need to be coloured in.
6. Copy and paste the picture into a new file, and save as PNG. After you do that, you need to colour it in like an actual pony.
7. Upload the work or something.

No no no, this is how I do it.

I find a vectored image, and copy/paste it to MS paint, and use the "free-form selection" tool to remove the mane, tail, any accessories. I then use the Curve tool and sometimes the pencil to re-do the outlines, and fix places where the colour is removed with paint bucket. Then i make sure it is not pixel-y when re-coloured, and add the rules beside the finished base.
Hm... this is rather confusing, i guess i'll have to make a Tutorial when i get the chance. All i have now is a base USING tutorial....

Ohh yeah I saw that. I'm no tutorial-guru (obviously, I've only made two tutorials in my life -3-) but I think next time you make a re-do dolling tutorial or any tutorial in general, I think you should make it a little longer with more detail. c: Just a thought.
