This thing called dA Uploader for iOS is a great thing when like you don't want to upload to your mac or pc so you can just choose it from your photos.Plus when you're at a concert or something like that you just take/choose the photo & publish it to dA in a second.This is more than just an app.It's a part of our life on dA.Even though I don't know what that thing on the very right is.The app helps people with lots of things so everyone should get this app and use it.This is something I've never seen before so this is the ultimate thing

I noticed today as I was going to upload a photo from my sta.sh that it's not at its full resolution (the iPhone 4S takes pictures of about four thousand wide in landscape, I think it was). Is that a bug of your app, intended behavior, or a problem or feature with sta.sh itself?
If it makes any difference, I was on a cellular data connection, not wifi.
I'm okay with this, really, I just thought it odd.

Intended behaviour to get quicker uploads, if you want full quality uploads try Stash.

Hullo again! I just bought the pro upgrade and now it soesn't seem to work, saying "album error: global denied access - the user has denied all access to their media" when i try to upload from my ipad.... Any ideas? /

You need to allow access to the photo library to the app as you didn't when it prompted initially. Do this in settings. Thanks hope that helps

Hi, sorry to be a further pain, but how do I do that? ... I can't see any settings button on the ap itself, and when I tried to do it through the IPad's settings the uploader wasn't listed. - The weird thing is that I DID give it permission, but that was w/the free version... - it didn't ask me again when I upgraded, it just stopped working.

It's ok, these things happen! I'm probably doing something wrong anyway... Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the ap but i'm still getting the same problem :/

yes I can use desktop stash just fine and the uploader worked fine for me to upload this: [link]
It literally stopped working when I clicked the "upgrade" button and paid for the pro version. -_- ... I wonder if there's a way i can download the free one again? :3

Go to Settings then Privacy then Photos and ensure dA Uploader is in the on state

Hey, thanks for trying to help Aaron, I really appreciate your patience.. I'm afraid I must be coming across as a complete technophobe or n00b but I can promise you I'm not. However I'm still not following; you're saying go to settings? ... I can't find settings in the Ap so I'm guessing you mean my ipad's settings? .. I've tried going through everything on there and can't find anything pertaining to privacy settings to photos (there is no "Privacy" tab) ... I wonder if the fact that it's an old device has anything to do with it? .. it's one of the first Ipads (it doesn't even have a camera) .. so maybe they've changed the settings about since then? ... I can't think why else I should be having such a hard time getting such an apparently simple thing to work :3
Thanks again for your help anyways.. I guess if we still can't get to the bottom of it I'll have to give up and stick with uploading from my mac instead. `:]

I think it'll be Location Services on there, under the iPad settings somewhere.

Hullo! Thanks, i think i got to the bottom of it... I had location services turned off completely which must have been confusing it.. I turned it on, then tried running the ap and it finally asked me for permission. Weirdly though this didn't stop the free version working! O.o

As stated in the App description you can't submit directly to dA. You must visit sta.sh to do that.

It will fit iPods.
I see no need to stretch the UI to fit the iPad when it runs fine on the device.
The UI won't work at that size.

I love this app so much. I don't have a camera, so I use my iPhone to take photos of my sewing projects. This saves me the pain of emailing them to myself to get them on my computer, and lets me upload them when my POS computer isn't working. Thank you so much.
