Description
Here's how these two idiots met for the first time. Air Brake had already given up the unnecessary killing and Tranquil was ... a blue-eyed naive inexperienced Predacon.
This happened approximately three-four thousand years ago. Their queen could have easily defeated the intruders, but she noticed that not all were fairing well against the Decepticons. As she didn't want to lose anyone, she decided that to prevent that from happening it was better for her to surrender and be taken as a hostage. The Cons and the queen made a deal to prevent more killing and that stopped the fighting completely and none of the Predacons died, except the price to pay for them to keep their lives was to become slaves. Why the Cons attacked? To get back one of Shockwave's abandoned laboratories/research facilities. The Predacons had made it their home eons ago.
If you're also wondering why Air Brake doesn't have the propellers, it's because he has his completely Cybertronian alt-mode at that time. I can't say there were human airplanes on Earth 3-4 thousand years ago.
If I am ever going to get all the ideas out of my head, I better start sketching them out, and clean the sketches a bit I've already done that are like 3 years old at worst, to be able to share them with you guys. Ahahaha. Aww man, I still haven't decided a name for their predaqueen. Fail pika is fail!

Yeah, it's rare. Most go with the basic "human features" like in canon. And then we have someone like WHIRL who's a cyclops and everyone basically loves him.
Toolkit, that old medic of mine, he doesn't have eyes either (or face anyway) behind the visor, but instead hundreds of optical sensors to be able to do his work better.

Thanks hehe! Quil wasn't going for the kill with Air Brake after the initial breath of fire that scorched someone (by accident! lol) and Brakey noticed this. With such strength and proper training Quil would become quite the killing machine and Brakey knew this.
Yes, Tranquil became a slave too and that's where he learned to fight better for the Con cause and actually kill. Of course it was mentally a tough task but in time he got 'used to it'.

I didn't invent the mass-displacement thingie that's going on in Transformers Prime! XD The Predacons are huge in their bot-forms, towering over Megatron easily, but when they transform to dragons their initial size is like tripled!

That's why Brakey said Quil had the strength, but not the skills.

Oh, I see. It makes more sens now. Tho, I thought predacons hunt like predators, so they'd know how to kill (but maybe smaller things, not bots). Anyway, very cool scene with that scar on Brake's face. : D

These Predacons are the Transformers Prime version, where all of them are basically dragon-lookalike-creatures. Most likely comes from the word 'predators' because the very first Predacons were beast-looking TFs in G1 cartoon.
I wanted to show his optics behind the visor. It's not like it's a secret or anything and this was a perfect opportunity for it.
