What better chance to finally scribble out a bot with doorwings than the new recruit?
Neutralzone can never have too many of them! And what else could be his first experience than Tranquil?! 
It's pretty much a long story how he ended up there and why he demands what he demands~ I'll get to it eventually one step at a time. :'D Ahahhaha, I have so many unfinished comics...This is yet another sketch because that's what my focus can muster at the moment outside of my other projects.
Oh, and the star on Driveshaft's forehead is the peace keepers' sigil. If it doesn't fit the forehead crest, it'll be on the chest on the right side. The new officer was prepared to shoot Tranquil with a stun gun but instead of being scared for his life, due to earlier events, he actually paid attention to what that idiot Predacon shouted.

Yeah, the new officer is both. XD Surprised for him doing all that and still not wanting to escape, and impressed by the fact that the bars really give nasty shocks to bots and he was able to rip them off.
Trust me, Quil and certain someone require to calm down, but I know that won't happen and scrap hits the fan.
