Backstory: As a baby in the GPE, Cloudburst was adopted by General Engineer Golden Heart. He grew up in Neighvarro, somewhat of a pariah at school due to his undersized wings, which prevented him from flying, and his mare-like build. He taught himself to use his small wings to increase his galloping speed greatly instead, though this was very tiring for him. With encouragement from his mother and older brother, Sky Strider, he became a Junior Aircraft Tech at Neighvarro R&D, where he met his best friend Tesla Jolt during training. Though from the outside he appeared a very happy, though introverted, pony, he actually had a low self-esteem and made little use of his above-average intelligence, preferring to spend his days playing on his terminal. All of that changed after Sky Strider disappeared while his squadron was hunting the outlaw known as Mach. This lead to Cloudburst deciding to follow in Sky's hoofsteps and switching to battlefield duties, a decision that would lead to him turning Dashite and abandoning the Enclave for good, after meeting a young filly named Sunbeam.
