Temporary version.For and her challenge: paint the corridors.
I had to hurry with coloring and cheated a lot.
So it's mixed media with Aquarelle, Polychoros and Photoshop. The Category for this pic isn't right. I hope you don't mind too much. I did two versions of that one, because I like the small one better than the big, but I had so much work with the whole thing that I wanted to show the original size too. I'm not finished or happy with the windows at all.
Maybe I'll edit it when I have a bit more time.

Blow me inspiration and confidence ... I have such a crisis with my Snapeys currently. They are on strike, somehow. And Snapes on strike, that's serious .... *sighs*

Crisis with a scene or Snape himself?

The crisis is with Snape HIMSELF. I don't like the way I draw him and he's difficult with me, the bastard. It's quite difficult to change a face/style when the hand is already used to it.
For a comic - I just don't have enough idea for any plot etc. But I'll have a look at your illustration course folder, sure. Thank you

But this is just the way you draw him. Maybe you just need a little distance to him. Draw somebody else for a while. Maybe a young Lupin. I would like that!
Or use other tools. hard rough dry acrylic for example. Or use another contrast. light-dark, complementary colors, color-nocolor, etc.
Or draw James, Snapes opposite. You haven't finished this pic of yours. Black and Lupin are missing in the background.
