I love drawing pikachu so much, especially on the etch a sketch. I love how pikachu's basic design has been tweaked over the years.This specific pikachu design was used for Pokemon Ranger, Shadows of Almia.
It took around 2 hours to make, and the background consists of pokeballs and little lightning bolts. Pikachu's face ticks me off, though; every facial feature is really far apart from everything else, so it's a pain to make it on an etch a sketch, where everything has to be connected by a line.

It's a bad habit I have. I always felt that if someone wants to be the best they can at something, then regular praise and just saying "you're brilliant enough as it is" doesn't help. I always feel the need to point out ways they can improve on each work, things they might have missed, stuff like that.
In other words, don't take it personal. You are awesome, and you know it, but this is how I try to help. If it bothers you, I can certainly stop anyway.

well, I started playing wit one when I was about 4. My grandma wouldn't let me watch TV when I used to go over to her house as a kid, so I would play with my etch a sketch instead. Then in about 8th grade I found out nobody else could really etch a sketch. I started taking etch a sketch more seriously about 4 years ago, in 10th grade. Since then I have been practicing all the time, honing my skills and having a wonderful time of it
