Ah, the funny friends of Bucky O'Hare. I know the Toad Air Marshall was a main villain, but really he was just joke fodder. And Frix and Frax were no better. Nonetheless, I loved those idiots. I have a special place in my heart for TAM - as with most cartoon villains, he's not really evil, just scared and a little ambitious. He'll do better in retirement.

And really, there's no hope for the other two. How the hell they got to be so high ranking is beyond me. There is either a severe lack of intelligent, hardworking toads (which we know there isn't, since they have scientists and advanced technology) or they're both related to a high ranking officer. Either way, they should be put in one room and left to watch Toad TV all day, away from any actual missions they could F up.
