meh, they stayed in Hoenn a bit longer, but like way far away from Leon, places like Sootopolis City, on the islands where there wasn't much trainers. Stayed there, then after Eevly hatched they traveled back toward the big land part of Hoenn. Then eventually left Hoenn to Sparkle's home after that

yeah not much happened after Leon, just lived a, more or less, normal life. Nothing really interesting happens.

It would still be cool to see how they got back from where they were, but it you story tell it like how you want to tell it.

To be honest, how they got from Hoenn to Kanto, was a boat.
They sneaked onto a boat to Kanto and got there. It's how they got from Sinnoh to Hoenn
That's always how I pictured it, or had it.
