Description

"I wonder what those strange Pokémon been doing near that rock near the Guild." Isaac was talking to Sparkle as they got ready for their day.
"I don't know." Sparkle shrugged.
A few days had passed since Sparkle heard that strange voice, and Sparkle mostly just stayed quiet. She hadn't heard the voice since then, but she was worried of it speaking again and her speaking to it with Isaac there. Isaac seemed to notice her quietness, but he never said anything. Until now that is.
"Ok, I'm getting worried. What's wrong, Sparkle?" Isaac asked. "You've been very quiet since we did the sentry duty. Tell me, please."
Sparkle sighed, and she hesitated. As much as she wanted to tell him about the voice, she wasn't sure if she should. Isaac believed about her vision ability, or dizzy spell, Isaac called it. But would he believe that she heard voices?
(I think it’s bad enough with the visions, I think I rather wait until I hear the voice again, then I'll say something.)
"Well....it's just...um....well....." Sparkle couldn't really think of what to really say, but then Olan spoke instead.
(Thank you, Olan.)
"Listen up, everyone, please!" Olan said, soon everyone gathered around him, and Puffs was with him. Once everyone was accounted for, he continued. "I have a really important announcement to make. Far to the northeast, further into its outmost reaches. There lies a place called Treeshroud Forest and there.....Time has unexpectedly stopped..."
"What?!" Everyone, except Sparkle shouted.
(Time stopped?) Sparkle titled her head.
"Time had just stopped?! Hey, hey, hey." Harold yelled.
"Yes, that's correct...." Olan sighed. "Time has come to a standstill in Treeshroud Forest....The wind has stopped....Clouds are motionless...Even dewdrops on the leaves won't fall. They just hang there, frozen. In Treeshroud Forest....time itself has truly stopped."
Everyone was very anxious and talking among themselves. Sparkle stayed silent. Somehow, she felt worried, but not because of the time stopping, but something else. And she wasn't sure what. Something was telling her to do something. Anything at all, but she just didn't know what to do.
"Yes, the unthinkable has happened, everyone." Olan looked hopeless. "Why did time stop there? It's because the Time Gear.....was stolen!"
Sparkle perked up, even everyone else. (Time Gear! That word. I know it, and not because Isaac told me about it. I know I've heard of it before. But where? The name.....is.....so familiar. It's like I have something to do with them, but what?)
"I don't get it! Why would ANYONE take a Time Gear?!" Mike unexpectedly shouted angrily.
"Calm down, everyone please!" Olan flapped his wings. "Officer Circuit has started the investigation. It's hard to believe anyone would steal a Time Gear. But if one was stolen, then the others are in danger. Circuit has to be notified immediately if we notice any suspicious characters. Understood?" Everyone nodded. "Keep that in mind. And let us know if any one of you notice something. That is all. Now all of you get along with your duties and get busy."
"HORRAY!" Everyone shouted, except, once again, Sparkle.
She wasn't entirely sure what to think of this. So many thoughts were going through her head, she felt like she had a headache.
(I don't understand. Time Gear. Where have I heard it? It feels like I have something to do with them. Like take them somewhere. Or something. I'm so confused. If they have to stay in the place they belong, why do I have to feeling of taking them somewhere? And where?)
"Sparkle!" Isaac's voice made Sparkle snap back to reality. "Olan wants us."
They walked up to Olan and he spoke.
"You two have been doing very well since you joined. You've worked hard and done a great job with that Drowzee character. I'm very impressed. So! You both will be finally assigned a mission worthy of a proper exploration team."
"What?!" Isaac gasped, even Sparkle was surprised. "Really?"
"I like to show you something on your Wonder Map, please." Sparkle reached in her bag and grabbed the Wonder Map and handed it over to Olan and he opened it. "Your mission will be to investigate here," He pointed at waterfall on the map, "There, where this waterfall is. By all appearances, it's just an ordinary waterfall. But! We've received intelligence that the waterfall may conceal a secret. And that's what your mission is, to investigate it."
"Awesome!" Isaac exclaimed. "I'm so excited! We should get prepared and everything, Sparkle!"
"Yeah," Sparkle finally managed to smile, she was excited herself.
"Alright! I'll leave you to it to thoroughly investigate the waterfall." Olan said, cheerfully.

"Oh Arceus, this is so awesome!" Isaac looked like he was going to burst from excitement.
Both of them were outside the Guild, getting ready to go into the town for supplies. Sparkle was just looking over her map, making sure of the route.
"It was all because we stopped Gituku and rescuing Azul! And it was all because of you, Sparkle. Because of your dizzy spell!" Out of nowhere, Isaac suddenly hugged Sparkle.
Sparkle stiffened a little, but she was more surprised than embarrassed. Isaac hardly ever showed any affection. Only when they had that huge fight. Sparkle felt her heart racing again, but yet she couldn't help but smile. She liked it when Isaac was affectionate. It felt nice.
Suddenly he pulled away, he was blushing, but he changed the subject. "What's that over there?" He pointed at a hole in the ground, outside the Guild, where the crossroads were at to town, the beach, leaving the town, and the Guild.
"Not sure, but let's check it out." Sparkle said, racing toward the hole.
"Spinda's Cafe?" Isaac was reading the sign near the entrance, there was stairs going down into the hole. "A shop of hopes and dreams, opening soon! Win big!" It says."
"Cool a new shop. And it sounds like a place where we can rest and relax, getting food and drinks." Sparkle said. "I can't wait for that."
"That would be nice, now let's get our supplies and get to that Waterfall!" Isaac smiled.

*Waterfall*
"Alright, here we are!" Isaac exclaimed, but then looked around. "Now what? What's the secret?"
"I don't know, why don't you check it out?" Sparkle suggested.
Isaac was already up at the waterfall and tried to go close to it but the strength of it was too strong and it knocked him back.
"Ow!"
"You ok?" Sparkle asked.
"Yeah, but it's coming down hard." Isaac said. "You try it."
"Why? I believe you."
"Well, it'll make me feel better!"
Sparkle sighed, "Fine."
Sparkle went up to it, she could already feel the power of it, just by being near it.
(Sheesh, this is incredible. Its roar is hurting my ears just being so close to it.) But just as she got close enough, the waterfall hit her, and she tumbled backwards, falling.
"Told you it's intense. If you'd fall, you'd most likely be killed in that." Isaac said.
(No kidding! Why'd you make me do it?!)
Isaac said something else, but Sparkle felt dizzy again. (Oh no....not again......Why now?)
*Flash*
A shadow shaped of a Pokémon stood where they were standing, and ran towards the waterfall and jumped. Going through, there behind the waterfall was a tunnel and the darken Pokémon went through it.
*Flash*
(What?! What was that? No who? Wait! There's something behind the waterfall!)
Sparkle got up looking at the waterfall with a shocked gaze.
"Sparkle, what's wrong?" Isaac asked.
"Just a hunch." Sparkle got on all fours, stepping backwards to gain speed and she darted towards the waterfall then jumping on the edge. She heard Isaac shout something, but as she saw, she went through the waterfall without a problem. She tumbled on the hard, rocky ground and landed with a thud.
"Ooowwww....." Sparkle landed upside down against the wall. "Maybe I shouldn't have shut my eyes when I was going through."
Sparkle realized she was soaked and she stood on fours and shook her fur. She walked to the middle of the cave and there she saw the tunnel she saw in her vision. (I was right! I mean, the vision was. But ho-)
Before she could finish, she was hit hard and she landed with something heavy on top of her.
"Sparkle?!" She heard Isaac's voice. Apparently he jumped through and landed on her, and hadn't realized it yet. "Sparkle, where are you?!"
"Down here.....get off!" Sparkle grumbled, she ached all over.
"Oh!" The weight disappeared and she sighed. "Sorry. Are you ok?"
Sparkle sat up. "Yeah..." She changed the subject. "Well my hunch was right!"
"But how did you know!?" Isaac asked.
Sparkle sighed, (Might as well tell him.) "Well, I had another vision, but I'm not sure if it was a future one, but I saw a Pokémon jump through, like I did and there was a cave behind it. And there.." She pointed at the tunnel, "is our secret passage way."
"Wow, amazing." Isaac said. "Glad I have you on my team. We should totally explore then!"
Sparkle nodded. "Yeah."
