I did this long ago at the University while the teacher was talking.Its a dream i had!! With Paddywhack... so i drew SD instead of Myself.
I was trying to find a way to the other side of that black ocean... But i didnt know what to do... Then, PW, who was at my side, jumped into the water....
When he appeared he was a giant!! all the watter running down his body.. So i used him as a bridge to get to the other side!
My Lovely Paddywhack!! When he was A giant, he looked really creepy and cool! I remember it so well.
I wont color it >.< Sorry, but its too much work... Just imagine the Black Blue Ocean with the White Ruins... and strange Crystal luminous spheres floating around in the black sky.
Im working on a painting of this dream too.

I feel bad for not having commenting on this piece earlier.
But this is just darn amazing! Even in sketchform.
The sense for details is stunning, and the whole idea is creepy yet mesmerising. This is SUCH a beautiful piece; I would love to offer to colour, but I know it's not going to happen.
The good thing is that this sketch can carry itself, that even without colours it is BEAUTIFUL - yes, beautiful! Because such strangeness as this is can also be amazing. And it is!

Like that background, that is badly drawn, not making the effect i wanted on him (of huge place).
I never colored it cause of the details... which arent that good. Really! They are drawn... like without interest XD.
I still remember the dream. And the scenes before this one. And that black water and how paddy was big, scarying, but sooo warm hearted.

I think you're being to harsh on this piece.
I like the 'blurryness' or sketchyness of the surrounding items; it adds to that 'dream-like'-sequence to this picture. Absolutely stunning.

TODAY i had an awesome dream.. with PADDYWHACK! soooo sweet, snuggling and lovely! xD Oh my, i still can feel him O-o. Of course he was a bit perverted too xD but thats cause being a naughty boy xD We where somewhere strange i remember stairs and a room floating and other Characters non Darkwing show talking, and wanting us to follow, so paddy stopped playing so near xD And we followed, and he took ma hand YAY! xD When i dream with him, its never sooo close! LOL

Thanks again! xD Well, i know that feeling, there more you want to remember there less you recall... I try to make my mind blank and close eyes... then try not to speak in my head, only let images come... If you try remembering like crazy, all you get is vanishing the little bit you could remember xDDD

Don't you love it when certain images just stick in your head that way? This came out really well - the sense of perspective and all the odd dream images, etc. And I can see how PW looked really creepy as a giant, he has a different look here. Very cool.

Yay! He was creepy, but at same time, you can feel his warmnes! Cause he was helping me!
I cant be scared of PW even looking like that cause his eyes inspire me safenes ^^ Love him! And thats what i wanted to represent in this too ^^

ohh i like this very much, yes i do! you perfectly captured that surreal dream quality and i love the feel of it, even uncoloured there's a wonderfully epic mood to it.
