I wanted to try this since I've been having a dry spell on art.

Decidueye: I think I like him because of how he plays in Pokken. I also like the overall design of him.

Infernape: I like the Journey to the West lore, so having Sun Wukong as a partner was great.

Greninja: I mean, c'mon. It's Greninja.

Pyroar: The anime episode really got me when I saw Litleo and Pyroar. It felt like watching The Lion King. Even called the male and female Simba and Nala.

Ampharos: Pokemon Silver was my first Pokemon game and Ampharos was one of the first electric Pokemon I got.

Mega Gallade: I liked how Gallade looked initially, but Mega Gallade had more of a knightly appearance. (Gallade X Gardvoir shipper btw)

Lucario: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew is one of my favorite Pokemon movies and Lucario is just my favorite Pokemon overall.

Lycanroc: Just knowing there's a Rock type Pokemon that doesn't feel like a Rock type just from looking at it. I called mine Balto.

Mudsdale: He's my trusty steed. I also just love the overall design of this horse.

Lugia: Again, Silver was my first Pokemon game and Pokemon the Movie 2000 was a great part of my childhood. Also, there's something about those wings that look like hands....

Scizor: It was hard to choose between Bug types, but him being in Pokken put him on top for me.

Croagunk: I think it was Brock's Croagunk that made me love him. What a beast.

Incineroar: He's basically King from Tekken to me.

Aegislash: I just like the thought of using a Pokemon as a weapon. Also the fight against Pikachu in the anime was great.

Lapras: Lapras is just a really good Pokemon to have on your team. But I do like being able to ride the waves on it.

Empoleon: Pokken. Nuff said.

Goodra: I love him so much. He's my gooey friend.

Gardevoir: I think this is mostly because I'm not a huge fan of the other Fairy types. (Also Gallade X Gardevoir shipper)
